Armor Consulting Group (ACG) is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with operations worldwide. ACG was formed with public safety and organizational security in mind. Our goal is to assist with the growing security needs within the United States and abroad as it relates to terrorism, active shooter, and other emergencies in public domains. ACG leverages the private and public sectors, as well as international expertise to provide top-notch solutions for its clients. These solutions are comprised of investigations, security support, advisory services, and Risk Threat Vulnerability and gap assessments.
We provide various training options to suit your needs consisting of webinars, online courses, and onsite instruction. We offer educational courses and certifications as well as consults and site evaluations. The ACG Curriculum captures every aspect of security and protection on every level ensuring end-to-end security. The ACG plan helps educate and empower communities on security solutions and aids in combating threats by providing tools that guarantee safety. Our customizable plan of actions encapsulate the needs of every church, school, government agency, and business.

Kwouska Lee is Founder and President of Armor Consulting Group (ACG). Mr. Lee advises clients on all matters security, logistics, risk management, strategic planning and implementation. Mr. Lee focuses on tailoring risk management solutions related to security and compliance. The mission of ACG is "Executing Strategy to Maximize Safety" by providing knowledge of safety and security for every circumstance.
Mr. Lee received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management from West Texas A&M University and is a distinguished 16-year career in law enforcement and has been a police officer with the Baton Rouge Police Department for 14 years of that time. ACG was birthed out of seeing various security breaches in the private and public sector as well as numerous terrorist events all over the world. The ultimate goal is prevention with the ability to address situations effectively once occurred.

Myron Daniels is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, who served the country honorably for eight years. In 1998, he joined the Baton Rouge Police Department as a patrol officer and has risen through the ranks to his current appointment as the commander of the Internal Affairs Division. Mr. Daniels has been recognized over the years in the form of numerous Letters of Commendation as well as receiving three of his Department’s highest honors, which are Officer of the Year, the Life Saving Award and the Medal of Valor.
With a background in training, Myron received his certifications in Instructor Development from both the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Louisiana P.O.S.T. Myron spent many years as a lead instructor at the BRPD Training Academy as well as a contract instructor for the Department of Justice / Louisiana Attorney General’s Office. Over the last 15 years, he has trained thousands throughout the city, state and country on topics varying from domestic violence to defensive tactics.

Mrs. Chambers serves as the Criminal Justice Policy Advisor to Gov. John Bel Edwards. Her role is to coordinate and support policy and legislation concerning effective and responsible criminal justice reform. She had previously served as an Assistant District Attorney for East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney, Hillar Moore, III since August 2009. She was responsible for prosecuting a broad range of felony crimes including homicides, rapes, robberies, and other crimes of violence.

Walter Griffin is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. He is a third generation Police Officer who has been an Officer for twenty years. Mr. Griffin has been working at the Baton Rouge Police Department for 14 years and is currently assigned to the Violent Crimes Unit.
Mr. Griffin has a background in Media Relations and is a certified instructor in Fair and Impartial Policing. Mr. Griffin has trained hundreds of service members in combat movements and tactics as well.

Serving others has always been Cpl. Watts passion. After a short stint at the University of New Orleans, Cpl. Watts began a twelve year military career which included active duty, Army Reserve and the Louisiana National Guard. Upon completion of her military service, she worked at the family business and after encouragement from her father and a close friend began a career in Law Enforcement. Cpl. Watts has been assigned for Uniform Patrol, Major Assaults and currently assigned to the Homicide Division.

At an early age, Sgt. Lorenzo Coleman had an interest in Law Enforcement. Knowing that police officers were able to serve and protect the community intrigued him. On September 5, 1997, he pursued his passion and became a police officer for the Baton Rouge City Police Department. He has been on the police force for twenty-two years, and has worked for Uniform Patrol, Motorcycle Division, Undercover Narcotics Division, Special Response Team (SRT) AKA (SWAT), Mounted Patrol Division and Bicycle Patrol Division. On June 28, 2014, he was promoted to Sergeant, and he has been in the Street Crimes Unit for the past six years. Sgt. Coleman has received the Medal of Merit Award and Life Saving Award. Sgt. Coleman has escorted and done security for President George W. Bush Jr. and President Barack Obama.

Charles F. Dotson was born in New Roads, LA and raised in Maringouin, LA. He graduated from Shady Grove High School and joined the United States Marine Corp. where he served for 27 years. He retired at the rank of First Sergeant. Charles is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Natural Fire. Charles started in law enforcement as a Deputy for Iberville Parish before joining the Baton Rouge Police Department in 1999. Upon graduation from the Police Academy, Charles spent six years in Uniform Patrol before becoming a Detective in Major Assaults. In 2017 Charles was promoted to Sergeant and is currently assigned to the Violent Crimes Unit at Louisiana State Police Headquarters.

Shanard Carey

Lt. Shanard Carey is a law enforcement executive with over 28 years of dedicated, professional experience. In 2018 he was appointed to head the East Baton Rouge Violent Crimes Unit (VCU) where he oversees the day to day operations of multiple divisions including Homicide, Major Assaults, Armed Robbery, Forensics, Crime Stoppers, and the Crime Gun Intelligence Unit (CGIC). He has been entrusted with the responsibility of ensuring that each division is doing their part in decreasing crime and violence in Baton Rouge. Shanard Carey was previously enlisted in the United States Marine Corps prior to his employment with the Baton Rouge Police Department. During enlistment with the Marine Corps, he was meritoriously promoted twice to the ranks of Corporal and Sergeant. Before ending his enlistment, he served in the Persian Gulf and actively participated in Operation Desert Storm where he earned numerous awards including the ‘Combat Action Ribbon’ which is his most cherished.

Sgt. James Jefferson III is a 12 Year veteran with the Louisiana State Police and currently serves as a Sergeant in Internal Affairs. Sergeant (SGT) Jefferson started his LSP career in Uniform Patrol at Troop A in Baton Rouge, LA. During his time at Troop A, S/T Jefferson worked aggressively to enforce state laws while concentrating on DWI enforcement, drug arrests and accident investigations. Due to Sgt Jefferson aggressive DWI enforcement, he was selected to join the Louisiana State Police Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) program where he successfully completed the training. Sgt. Jefferson’s experience has allowed him to grow as a servant leader, mentor and coach. He attributes his success to being a dependable resource, loyal, positive thinker and a team player. He has been the recipient of numerous commendations and awards including Unit Citations and several community achievement awards.

Sergeant Elvin Howard Jr. is a 21-year veteran of the Baton Rouge Police Department. During his tenure with the Baton Rouge Police Department Sgt. Howard worked ten years in the Homicide Division, one year on a gang task force, and three years on the ATF Task Force. Sgt. Howard is currently the commander of the Baton Rouge Police Department’s Mayor Security Detail. He also is currently an active member of the Baton Rouge Police Departments Community Services Division as the ReCast Coordinator as well as on the Baton Rouge Police Departments leadership committee.
Ultimately, Sgt. Howard’s goal is to make the city safer for everyone by assisting in motivating citizens to think positively and make positive decisions.

Darian served 20 years in the armed forces and retired as an E-8 (Master Sgt.) after completing a tour in support of “Operations Enduring Freedom and Noble Eagle”. Darian spent 3 years on active duty and 17 with the Louisiana National Guard’s 239th Military Police Company.
Darian is a 29-year veteran of the fire service and is currently employed with St. George Fire Department as their Chief of Fire Prevention.
As Chief of Fire Prevention, Darian is tasked with code enforcement, public education, fire investigation, and plan review. He is certified to enforce all NFPA codes relative to life and property, to include hazardous materials, and is a Commissioned Fire Investigator.
